3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and we have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock issues or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any refund legally due will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

6. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Certain ProScentss products may be handmade, prepared or made to order.

Because of the nature of these products, there may be minor variations in appearance, packaging or finish. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected delivery provider.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. ProScentss cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

ProScentss operates a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy for unwanted products, change of mind, personal fragrance preferences or incorrect product selections.

Every order is hand checked and quality inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photographs or other evidence so that we can investigate the issue.

10. Fragrance Samples

Where a free or promotional fragrance sample is offered, availability may be limited and additional conditions may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, free 3ml perfume samples are limited to one sample per order.

We reserve the right to refuse additional promotional samples where the stated promotional limit has been exceeded.

11. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers, discounts and bundles are subject to their individual terms.

Offers may be limited by time, stock availability, customer, product or order quantity.

Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary.

We will take reasonable care in providing our website and products.

16. Events & Fragrance Bar

ProScentss may offer fragrance bar and event services separately from products purchased through our online store.

Event bookings, availability, pricing, deposits, cancellation terms and other requirements may be agreed separately with the customer.

An enquiry through our website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment providers, delivery companies, website applications and other service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
