At ProScentss, all of our products are carefully hand checked and quality inspected before being dispatched to ensure they meet our high standards.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, ProScentss does not offer returns or refunds for unwanted products, change of mind, personal fragrance preferences or incorrect choices made by the customer.

Please carefully check your order and fragrance selection before completing your purchase.

Quality Checked Before Dispatch

Every order is individually checked before leaving ProScentss. We check the product, fragrance, quantity and packaging to ensure your order is prepared to our required standard.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is personal, and we understand that a scent may smell different on different people. We do not accept returns or provide refunds because a customer does not like a fragrance, does not like how it smells on their skin, or has simply changed their mind, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We strongly recommend using our fragrance samples where available before purchasing a full-size fragrance.

ProScentss reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy or applicable consumer law.
